addchilli is the corporate events division of Chillisauce, an established and recognised Event Management Company specialising in innovative events throughout the UK and Europe. We are based on the iconic Carnaby Street and place a large emphasis on team effort and staff engagement.
Founded in 2002 after managing directors James Baddiley, William Bicknell and Matt Hull spotted a gap in the market for an event management agency. They created the company, called it Chillisauce (following a light bulb moment in the local kebab shop) and have since experienced phenomenal growth as a business.
We organise approximately 4,500 events a year for a broad range of clients including public sector and corporate businesses of all sizes. Some of these are such as Google, BMW, O2, Nokia, HSBC, Waitrose, NHS, BAE Systems and HMV.
Our success can be largely attributed to understanding and exploiting the potential of the internet combined with delivering exemplary service by investing heavily in employing, developing and incentivising our staff.
The Directors are proud to have created a successful company packed with happy and engaged staff that deliver memorable events for over 50,000 people a year.
