Connecting with people

GE Capital Solutions enquired to Chillisauce about holding an interactive half day event for members of a small team. They wanted the location to be somewhere that wasn’t too far to travel from their offices in Addlestone. GE Capital had a limited budget, however, they were very keen to undertake a teambuilding event as they knew how beneficial they are.

Chillisauces thinking

Chillisauce suggested a half day bespoke treasure hunt around the town of Addlestone. The Treasure Hunt option was chosen due to the broad appeal encompassing elements within the event such as Cryptic clues, Photographic Challenges and Scavenger Lists. It challenged GE Capital both mentally and physically whilst taking them out of the office to explore their local town.

The Finer Details

The Treasure Hunt required team co-operation in problem solving, planning and communication through friendly competition. Treasure hunts are an excellent activity for boosting team morale and encouraging team members to get to know each other. They are also a good opportunity to explore a town or city.
