Brief

Research in Motion enquired to Chillisauce about organising an event for their staff near to their offices in Slough. The event would follow a pre-organised day of addressing business issues and planning for 2009. They wanted the day to incorporate fun filled activities whilst getting their staff out of the office and working together in teams.

Chillisauces thinking

Chillisauce suggested The Crystal Challenge activity as it incorporates a range of fun filled physical, mental and skill based team work activities. It also encourages the group to consider leadership skills, levels of involvement and engagement, co-operation and team play.

We chose an activity centre in Chalfont near to Slough for the convenient location and fabulous amenities.

The Finer Details

The group took part in five activities in the morning session followed by lunch. In the afternoon they took part in three more activities before the Crystal Dome Finale and prize giving ceremony.  The activities that were arranged for the group were:
